ABOUT ME

I am Rob Tuytel, and I am a passionate designer of 17th-century environments in 3D. Through my work, I aim to bring people closer to what unites us: architecture in our natural living environment. Since many cities no longer possess the enchanting allure they once had, I endeavor to restore this charm and provoke thought on why we've often transformed these settings in negative ways.

I oppose everything that modernism has produced in the realms of architecture and art. However, with my work, I also strive to make a tangible difference so it isn't just shouting from the sidelines. My graphical creations are available online, and for those who prefer reading, you can find my opinions about the present and the past there.

Having ventured into online teaching and having guided over 100,000 students in designing old architecture, I want to shift my focus towards the movement behind it. I aim to expose the flaws of modernism and make people feel the essence of genuine art and design once more. This can only be achieved through creation and education.
